🍝 Pasta Making Masterclass with Francesco

$165 per person

Guests are invited to join Francesco for a hands-on culinary masterclass celebrating the art of traditional Italian pasta making.

The experience begins with a welcome drink and a small antipasto as Francesco introduces the techniques and traditions that will shape the day. Each attendee receives a Lucetta embroidered apron to wear during the session and take home as a keepsake.

Under Francesco’s expert guidance, participants will learn to prepare a classic semolina pasta dough from scratch before crafting two traditional shapes: Cavatelli and hand-cut Pappardelle.
For those eager to delve deeper, Francesco will also demonstrate how to create additional regional favourites such as Trofie and Orecchiette.

Following the workshop, guests will gather for a shared lunch featuring the fresh pasta made during the class, served alongside homemade focaccia.

Each participant will take home:
