Guests are invited to join Francesco for a hands-on culinary masterclass celebrating the art of traditional Italian pasta making.

The experience begins with a welcome drink and a small antipasto as Francesco introduces the techniques and traditions that will shape the day. Each attendee receives a complimentary apron to take home as a keepsake.

Under Francesco’s expert guidance, participants will learn to prepare a classic filled pasta including dough from scratch before crafting two traditional shapes. 

Following the workshop, guests will gather for a shared lunch featuring the fresh pasta made during the class, served alongside homemade focaccia.

Each participant will take home:
